Thats a GREAT Question! For your and my safety, we follow Florida Dept. of Health COVID-19 guidelines, until further notice. We want you to have a safe experience while working on your fitness goals. We think the following will help:
1. Bring a large towel (like a beach towel)
3. Wear mask when indoors training
4. Wipe down equipment
5. Wash hands
6. Refrain from touching your face
DO NOT COME IN IF YOU ARE ILL!
